Infrared Sauna

Discover Healing Salt Cave’s unique salt spa treatments and services.

Far Infrared Rays and Natural Perspiration

The Infrared Sauna is a low temperature, dry, and warm treatment. Far Infrared waves penetrate through the skin to activate the sweat glands which are found throughout our entire body. During the session our outer membrane (largest organ on our body) is encouraged to perspire; to regulate body temperature which ensures the rapid detoxification of heavy metals and foreign substances. Infrared heat allows for the relaxation of the body as it assists in soothing muscle layers, and tension and joint pain.

“Loved the Infrared Sauna. Really Makes you sweat & you feel amazing after.”
