Infrared Sauna

Far Infrared Rays and Natural Perspiration

The Infrared Sauna is a low temperature, dry, and hot treatment. Far Infrared waves penetrate through the skin to activate the sweat glands which are found throughout our entire body. During the session our outer membrane (largest organ on our body) is encouraged to perspire; to regulate body temperature which ensures the rapid detoxification of heavy metals and foreign substances. Infrared heat allows for the relaxation of the body as it assists in soothing muscle layers, and tension and joint pain.

Traditional Sauna

Step into the warmth of our brand-new Traditional Sauna

A private sanctuary designed to soothe the body and quiet the mind. Built entirely of natural wood and softly illuminated with Himalayan salt accents, this cozy space offers two levels of seating, allowing you to choose your ideal comfort zone.

At the heart of the sauna are hot stones, heated to approximately 70–75ºC. By gently ladling water over the rocks, you can create a burst of steam, intensifying the heat and filling the room with a deep, purifying warmth. This ritual helps promote detoxification, improves circulation, eases muscle tension, and encourages full-body relaxation.

“Loved the Infrared Sauna. Really Makes you sweat & you feel amazing after.”
